RE: Should I make an inves

Fool-hand Luke, determined to show that he's still King of the Fools, posts, " I am not respossible no more then Brian is, for making someone else rich,"

Dunno about you, but Brian seems to have taken on the responsibility of giving himself and his the impression of riches.

During BM's 21-year association with MSQ (as a director since 1991, except for a period between 2000 and 2004 when the BCSC gave him a "3-year director/officer ban with conditions"), MSQ has never brought anything into production.

The BCSC settlement details that he made hundreds of thousands of dollars by way of unreported sales of MSQ stock. His salary and related-party payments and perks revealed in filings during that period (and MSQ has never brought anything into production) would be in the millions of dollars. Financings and propery sales during that period would be in the tens and tens of millions (and MSQ has never brought anything into production), and the recent financial statements and Sedar filings reveal a $200-thousand-plus loan to a family member; hundreds of thousands of dollars in written-off advances, etc. to Vicore; a $10-thousand-dollar-a-month salary to the same family member; and the corporation's acquisition of a boat, an airplane, and a huge fleet of motor vehicles.

Pretty rich renumeration, innit, for a company which has never brought anything into production?
