RE: Brunet insider buyer, not seller When I posted this statement on the 25th this was correct information according to www.sedi.ca, the official source of all Canadian insider transactions:
"Brunet disposed 112,500 shares @ .20 yesterday according to sedi.ca, the description was 97-Other."
I believe the insiders post these transactions online. Mr. Brunet had subsequently corrected his original posting by marking it as original, while filing the corrected transactions on the 27th (change of ownership between two legal owners). His original post still appears on sedi.ca but not on CanadianInsiders.com transaction detail. I had never seen a corrected transaction NOT appear on CanadianInsiders.com, but obviously now I have.
This is why I always use sedi.ca and nothing else--it is the official source of filed data for Canadian insiders. If someone makes a mistake in their filing, the original post still appears with a code to notify the user that the transaction has been corrected.
