They probably just took the phone off the hook to put all their efforts into getting the name change completed by January 2012 like promised.

Also,after a long 19 months of anxious waiting the Hatch Report has been promised for release to the jubilant crowds this month.I bet Kerogen will be flowing within weeks!!
