Strange sell orders in the AM

Strange sell orders in the AM

Noticed in the morning some clown is trying to sell at .255 and then pulls it.  Yesterday some idiot did the same thing and the stock took the entire morning to get back to the previous close.  Just wondering if someone is trying to keep this price low.
