This stock is very active today on the AMEX and up a couple of bucks..

I'm wondering if SEA and PVG would unitize their properties, and create a new company to control the bulk tonnage reserves remaining with them. 

 I also believe  PVG would retain the HG Brucejack-Valley of the Kings resource.
