Odd share structure

Odd share structure

Just an observation

As at November 13, 2011, the Company had 51,829,818 common shares outstanding, 81,853,286 warrants, 4,654,900 options,  905,927 deferred share units and debentures which are convertible into 8,924,922 common shares.

Also if you reveiew the last financials they took in about 70 grand last year and lost $2 million, does anyone know if they have labs at work? Is this why the burn rate is so high?

Did all those warrants come from a past coverted shell?

Its great to get excited and I was tempted to grab some but a few things seem off IMHO. This doesn't mean investors today wont make money. This could be the start of something. Check out the Tasly web site they make a lor of side deals to corner the market. This is really news from October. I would like to see where the future revenues will come from. As well someone has to put the brakes on the spending IMHO.

I will sit back and watch. Not as fun as being invested but still fun to watch.
