RE: Carina who?

RE: Carina who?

The Googles is our friend ;-)

Something I found on the "Little Bear Lake" property...

https://www.geologistforhire.com/index_files/Page1398.htm

This is puzzling. Unless we're talking about a different "Carina Energy Corp" it looks like Carina already has a similar deal in the works...

Homeland Uranium Inc. and Carina Energy Inc. to merge in stock swap deal

On the surface I don't know what to make of this. Under the surface nothing has changed for me. News came, trades were made, our SP touched 0.040 and now we have a prospect for future development. Related share dillution is really quite irrelevant moving forward. The powers that be have a plan and a very real interest to get the share price up.

How might this play out moving forward?

  • This thing with Homeland Uranium creates some confusion and uncertainty. People sell shares because they are confused and mistrustful. Understandable.
  • We learn that the proposed deal with Homeland has already been rejected by Carina shareholders (they had until some time in Feb to approve it).
  • That settles our dirty nerves and upside trading resumes
  • We ride along with a renewed sense of optimism and the string of great news that will be issued by SPE so our share price gets up nice and high before the warrants expire.
  • We use money raised through the issue of the warrants to fund our mining interests.
  • We generate good news on our own accord and are able to raise even more money through warrant issues.
  • OPTIONAL: Throw in a share consoidation by year end for good measure to clean up the company's image.
  • We look at acquiring other projects that we fund from trading SPE stock.

Discuss among yourselves :-)
