It could be innocent in Rob being relatively unreachable or simply too busy to keep up with all the decisions needing to be made by a CEO, or it could be someones are disgruntled and wanting the power to be shared. 

My comment about Slavik working too hard are from hearing in April 2011 how he hadn't slept in a bed for 5 consecutive nights prior to the Chicago meeting. he was obviously exhausted but still pushing thru. I believe he has run the company mean and lean long enough and more exec support was needed. Whether he came to that conclusion himself or others did and forced his hand remains to be seen. 

somebody mentioned the rains there, anyone hear the rains are real good this year? That's one of the dangers is a prolonged severe drought. I'm in a 2 year drought ridden region and our main reservoir is gonna be 1/2 what is needed by this summer. Weather patterns changing due to global warming according to some.
