in simple terms.Teuton has a responsibility to its shareholders to preform due diligence
on expenses and drilling locations before turning over 51% of the title to Treaty creek.
AMK for some reason is unable or unwilling to show those documents.By canadian
tax law those reciepts must be kept for at least 7 years.It seems strange to me that
they are not prepared to comply with Teutons requests.The burden of proof rests
with AMK and any judge in his right mind would not expect Teuton to take AMKs word.
If the contract is considered breached it is due to AMKs inability to prove its claim.
