RE: RE: One difference between EKG and SBS I completely agree with your thoughts on EKG. However, they are now in that lull period where the stock will be quiet until it goes to market. Just look at MKI's story over the past year. 5 to over 80, favourable debt financing, now down under 20 just as they are getting into the market. Now is the time for MKI, just like EKG's time will come 6 months from now.
If I'm wrong on EKG and it does move up from, well hey, I can't complain I had about 450K shares bought at an average of under 14 cents and sold at an average of over 40. That Tuesday was the biggest one day gain I've ever had by double and was nearly a year and a half's salary for me. Have to learn to be happy with what I got.
As far as SBS is concerned, it becomes a strong buy at this level because they have what BXI wants - an agreement. Someone could easily come in and swoop up BXI and SBS and secure the whole line of protein production from start to finish. I think that's what will happen. But if it doesn't things still look good for SBS and bleak for MKI. Where else do you see an agreement where one company takes 100% of your costs and you get 30% of the revenue, with no risk to yourself. It's basically like a salesman. If you do well, you're driving in Ferraris and living in a mansion. If you're just an ok salesman, you're still doing pretty well off.
Let's not forget the most important aspect of this - the insider buying.
