RE: RE: Insiders hope and a prayer

Try it M139, but IMO you don't have a hope in heII unless you file formal complaints with the securities commission and the TSX. All you need to refer to is the NI-43-101, esbuyout announcement.

Medium case scenario, you get .39 for your shares, best case the true value becomes public in the news and buyers come out of the woodwork.

If there is a scam going on, worst case will be that this stock will be tied up in legal tape as JJ AND GBK management are prosecuted. Once that is over you are looking at at least double what you have been offered. Not bad return if you have to wait a year, and considering that the other picks posted here will take 1-2 years to double....

IMO, there is a scam. The deal was too unbelievable from the very beginning. JJ could have hired a consultant to help them buy Can. Royalties... for $30,000 - $50,000. There has been some underhanded, undeclared dealings between these GBK and JJ... IMO. I'm surprised that some of you are dumping early and losing a guaranteed 5% in the process. ??? why? A guaranteed 5% in one month is better than loan sharking.

Some of don't care for getting justice or prosecuting the guilty. That's not unusual and I'm not judging anyone on that count. Justice in Canada is often a joke, no matter what crime you commit, especially if you are rich, so I can understand the apathy.... but in this case, the effort and timeline required to file a complaint is minimal, and I think has a higher than normal chance for success... ie, greater than 50%.

Management is buying up shares to ensure the deal goes through. If you think the opposite you will hopefully learn something after this exercise. Also, don't wait for the other guy to file a complaint. The more complaints, the more detail supplied, the more chance they will investigate.
