Yup...the signs were right in infront of you.

If you read the NR...there will be no mining deal at all unless there is higher grade ore being shipped....and that means this mine will probably never re-open.

IMHO....This mine was kept operating for one reason only...so RS and his buddies could keep grabbing paycheques and consulting fees from the cash flow.
