Me thinks IDCC wants to raise some cash...since their revenues

are dissappointing...AND

They are having issues in monetizing the odd 20K+  types of patents in their various porffolios.

Me thinks...if there is a market to sell and make some coin...on

IP sales....then whynot sell...ifffffffff they can find a buyer!
