Therefore, in my honest opinion, the Big guns at KGHM backed AME & that of NGD would not be interested in a take-over target ( or other serious investors ) of a neighboring mine that has not produced or supplied a National Instrument 43-101 compliant ( proven ) resource .

Without a National Instrument 43-101 compliant PROVEN resource, it is not likely that AME or NGD is going to put one centavo, towards a nearby mine, just because of it's proximatey to a proven resource.
This could very well, be the dead ( no precious metals mineralization ground ) that lies between the PROVEN resource that both AME & NGD are holding.
Believe this GoldBuyer, if this DCY had anything ? of any value? then for eg : the billionaire mining giant KGHM would of ate them for lunch, before partnering up with the National Instrument 43-101 compliant and PROVEN resource that AME holds. This did not or has not, happened for DCY .
The established NGD, Afton, would of done likewise long ago. This did not happen. IMHO, DCY remains as unproven soil , at this point and time. This would be on no professional and established mines take-over list. NADA. I sincerely doubt it , and here's why ? Such an action, would reduce AME's & NGD's stock holder value considerably when the markets would re-act to the purchase of " An Unproven Resource " .
AME or NGD, imho - aren't in the business of shareholder depreciation, for any reason .
Spray some NI 43-101compliant resource ( proven ) attractant , all over this DCY if you want to get it noticed . That's the bottom line IMHO . Otherwise, everything else is just pure speculation .
I believe that the professionals at AME & NGD aren't in the " pure speculation " investing method .
Neither is this GoldBuyer . Nada .
