why would you want to buy a stock hoping that it will go lower?if you believe-buy.wait for for a dip or bad day in the market-good.buy low and sell high for retail end.....that's all.

if you're going to trade in pennys the volume isn't here to match it.

tell me how you came up with .62 and i'll expound further.
