Phase I testing has been the plan all along.  The opponents statements are quite rediculous and make them appear more like the fear-mongers they have been called.  I would recommend these POWOF folks get a grip on reality.  They are not helping those who actually reside in Florence and oppose the project.

The article fails to mention the financial hurdle faced by Curis.  Untill they can come up with the funds needed to relocate the operation, the project is at a stalemate.  At this time Curs's hope is to secure much needed council/mayoral seats favorible to the project.  Regardless of the outcome, Curis faces many more hurdles making for a long road to get Phase 1 off the ground.
