Just by chance I thought I would take a look to see what Filings have appeared on SEDAR that don't always show up anywhere for a number of companies.
AND it appears that AFTER a lengthy period of SILENCE, there is a RECENT Filing dated January 31 2012 called "Notice of the Meeting and Record Date" (English) on SEDAR at this LINK

Just INPUT the SECURITY code to view.
AND in case, for some reason you can't view it at the LINK Above or the "Copy & Paste" below(+++), the MEETING is scheduled for March 13 2012 (Tuesday). Where (Who knows)???
AND as USUAL they don't "know" for sure where the meeting will be held so they don't have to tell anyone (except at the last possible moment) to make it quite inconvenient (if not impossible) for Shareholders in general to attend. This observation is based on a number of previous experiences with this by others.
I checked StockWatch to see what was posted there...NADA!!! Just as I suspected.
SO, I managed to copy the Meeting Notice from SEDAR below. Hope it works.
