Regarding maplak, nobody that ever tried Pilsner Urquell in Czech would dispute this comment much less rank it low. This is not an insult to Pilsner, it is just recognizing one of the world's best beers (note that the verysion of Urquell we get in Canada isn't even close to what they have in Czech).
