Or is it a very bad move on the boards part.I guess they figure that talented ,,Vice Presidents of Operations and Engineering,are a dime a dozen in calgary these days?and they can forget to share the wealth with them!!!! i guess he must have alot of other OPTIONS...I KNOW MY MONEY DOES!!!
