I am definitely a concerned citizen!  I'm not impressed that the share count has nearly doubled in the last 12 months and that they've fallen so short of their goal of 1 million ounces.  On top of that, there's still no plan for raising money to finance construction of the mine!  Add all of that up and it's bad news for shareholders!    :(
