RE: Where is production? - Refer to VP comment
RE: Where is production? - Refer to VP commentWe were supposed to reach gold ore in december 2011 at Bachelor, did I miss something or they haven't reach it yet?
Does anyone here knows if we are producing or not?
I am starting to have my doubts about management being the right one?
Bulk Sample Update 16 minutes ago
Today, I spoke with Andre Tremblay, Metanor's V.P. of Exploration. He spent a valuable amount of time with me. I called to inquire about progress on the bulk sample for the Bachelor Lake mine. He said they are very close to the zone. Excluding and unforeseen delays, they believe they will begin the process of extracting ore for the sample in the next 4-5 weeks. Stockpiling will also take time, before processing begins.
They are very excited about other prospects and about the technical indicators they are receiving from their other projects. He indicated that as soon as they receive actionable information they will begin releasing it.
The current share price is a concern, as the assets are worth much more than market cap. The company is anxiously looking forward to being able to release information that will propel share prices high, providing them a little more protection from any takeovers. They hope to make it to production before a bigger fish swallows them up. He commented that even, as small as they are, they are always looking for possible acquisitions that will add to shareholder value. That is where we ended our conversation.
If you are remotely interested in this stock, I strongly urge you read the available reports. Do your due diligence before investing. A very good source is the company website. I actually first heard about this company when I was doing a deep dive into information on Aurizon Mines, (AZK)
GLTA, I'd love to know what your thoughts are.
