Back then (spring 11) I was expecting a sale by spring this year. But then post election and more precisely late last year when problems surfaced with demonstrations I figured it would go till later this year.

 

As for the permits, I don't think she could have known back then. It was only in summer that they applied for the permits, so well after the interview. There were no signs that the process would of changed at that point. Now, since then, the process has changed with a few extra hoops to go through (mini env study...) and to include all level of government/community. I think there's only the local level we're waiting for now.

 

But as she said, the FFS will only solidify the numbers (de-risk). It should not change the project much. On the other hand, drilling on CS, could add the "cherry on the sunday", and get us an extra cent or two depending on how much they can drill it.
