SRK this stock has been underperforming since the Mosaid misadventure.  It was a misadventure.  Let me give the board some "insider information".  I am reducing my position by 33% because too much of my capital is committed to this stock and I feel that there are some good opportunity plays outside.

 

concerning your comment on a SuperRich-CEO:  Jimmy boy did not really want the 7.5M$ to surrender his 2% "commission".  The directors had to "force" him to take this "buyout".  Jimmy is not only a SuperRich-CEO but he is also the CEO of 2011.  What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!
