hey I didn't like the timing either, had a big stake in bioms, not only financial but for my MS as well. I even spoke with them and everything was always going well. What I didn't like and found unprofessional and more disrespectful to  shareholders was the complete code of silence until that September day.(like you said no adequate reason was given)

That money they still had was not theirs, it belonged to bioms shareholder's and thus we should have had a say in the new direction. I have no problem with them investing in SDI but I look at some of the other deals they have made, some just look to well "fishy" to be polite.

My opinion SYG is that because they rarely give adequate explanations in the past an now there will always be that sentiment of mistrust when dealing with the Giese family. My hope is that SDI management can maintain control and not have Medwell dictate what to do. The company was and is on the right track and doing well, only thing was they needed money. I just hope they didn't sell their soul to the "devil" (harsh words) but the expression is what it is for the money.
