Fraudulent Misrepresentation by Thomas

Fraudulent Misrepresentation by Thomas

This was taken from the G8 website. The public statement made by Mr. John Thomas who is a director of Global 8 wrote a FALSE statement of fact made to all G8 Shareholders and was intended to misled all of us into thinking that Wheatware required no money from Global 8 or the shareholders. This is totally not true and as Shane Thibault demonstrated by  soliciting shareholders for more money to buy equipment for Wheatware & the 45,000,000 million shares we gave to Wheatware. Explain this Mr.Thomas? You can not build any business without money & are those 45,000,000 million shares you approved not money?

Global 8’s newest Director, John Thomas, says, “This Wheatware contract is not a proposed deal, like those we used to hear about under the previous management.” (They raised millions and did not invest it in anything that produced revenue.)

“This is not something we are studying with a lot of hype about what it could be if a study is favorable - it’s a done deal, and the inherent value is tied to a real contract between us and a pre-existing business, a business that has real contracts with real customers. This has never happened since I’ve owned shares in G8 and I’m excited about it!”

“On top of that, we are not spending any cash to fund it, ( Mr.Thomas is not telling the truth) another difference from the past. As shareholders anticipate and watch share value increase they can rest assured that it is not founded on a lot of hype.”

Wheatware is the first in a long line of businesses now interested in G8, as we are now perceived as a legitimate business.
