RE: Below new issue $ ?

RE: Below new issue $ ?

Yes....most likely due to Norrock Common and Prefered Share Investors cashing out on a deal that they didnt want in the 1st place. Share price drop can be attributed to the raw deal pushed through to the Norrock Preferreds most likely. It is always a bad short term decsision to have new unhappy shareholders get stock of the new entity as they will blow out the shares when they get a chance.

On the positve side , what was bad for the Norrock preferreds was good for the Norrock common as well PAR.UN  is going to get a whole whack of cash which is a plus. As well the $1.86 issue looks like a bought deal. $1.86 is the price they sold shares but there are fees to be taken off that price that  PAR.Un would have to pay.

Distribution yield is looking good on this one if they can sustain it.
