 I  would  not  be  interested  taking  over  of  the  company  and  running  it  on  the  daily  basis. I  would  be  on  this  just  for  the  money.

I agree the debt holders are after money, but if they control the option(s) available to them on that debt, and SBS builds a profitable company, and the debt holder has back in rights via the warrants, they effectively take over control at some point and sell SBS on their terms....the warrants from what I have read give the debt holder 56% to 75% of the shares, basically a controlling interest....why just settle for the original $4MM X 120% + 7% annually,($6MM or so), when they potentially could sell a controlling interest for multiples of that...?
