rpdeluca, re; ADI's CAPEX......

rpdeluca, re; ADI's CAPEX......

You raise a great point rpedeluca......and I think you are tying to be fair and conservative here, but your construction cost figures are on the light side for ADI's Lac Otelnuk project.

Their PEA stated a CAPEX of $13 billion, and should Wisco wish to continue to the construction, I'm sure they will not have a problem raising their 70%,  [$9.1 billion]. But that will obviously entail a completely new Chinese State approval process. And over and above that, you then have the problem of ADI having to raise their 30%, which equates to $3.9 billion!! That will be no easy task.....without giving up another large portion of their ownership in the project and/or dilution. It happens quite frequently in these types of structures......between a junior and the giant.

What I like about AXI's JV is, they are fully carried to production and maintain 50% ownership!

And not to mention, we shareholders are anticipating another Joint Venture deal for Tuktu, sometime in the near future IMHO!

Blessings,

Murray
