Gryphon Gold Corporation is a mine development company. The Company's principal asset is Borealis property. The Borealis Property is 27.5 square miles located in the Walker Lane gold belt of western Nevada. The Company's land position covers approximately 17,600 acres for the Borealis property and over 60 Nevada exploration properties, which cover approximately 70 square miles in the state's gold trends. The Borealis property has approximately 1.4 million ounces of measured and indicated gold resources, and approximately 1.1 million ounces of inferred gold resources have been accredited to the one square mile Central Borealis zone. Its Borealis property has over five other prospective zones that are being explored, which have the potential to host significant gold resources. The Company continued drilling on the Borealis property in the Graben resource, and in the central and western pediment areas.

Listen the the CC,, They did state they have not received any offer. It will be interesting to see how things unfold.Maybe they believe they really can poison an offer, I'm saying at their current evaluation and the goods they say they have. This company is a take out target!!!! And we can burry our heads in  a snow bank, which leaves our butts in the air to either get kicked or froze & may be both by a steel toed cold boot

There was even a caller who worked before ar Gryphon  who asked> if management had a problem or saw error or expected error in previous reporting of the numbers and reserves this mine holds..They replied NONE..

So for anyone who cant read between the lines.. I'm sorry>> a stock  trading at less than  20 cents . And really should be closer to 50-70 cents  never mind= hype= speculation and Red pumping ..LOL  Sorry Red,, Should be at a loonie plus...

We are not there,,  The bulls Eye is big on this one..   These are only  business facts. This mine is bait in school of mining sharks,
