Sure it's a great news, and what I read in it is that the technology is still interesting (my confidence level on the "on going" concern just went up quite a bit with this news), but I guess there isn't a huge reaction on the market due to the 24 months.

Depending on the time frame of the deployment, this deal might not have a huge impact on revenue in the short term, and this could imply further dilution… That's my guess on the lack of reaction from the market.
