RE: Bid now 5 cents-someone just dumped a 800k sha

Here's the problem as I see it ---near-term --- funkmeister.  Although they may report additional info on the last 3 wells at Spearfish - they have told us twice already (NRs Jan 12th & Jan 30th) that all 8 wells (5.3 net wells to ATK) will produce 400 boe/d (net to ATK).  So, I would assume that the next NR about specifics of the last 3 wells will - once again - confirm that the total production is 400 (approx) boe/d.  In other words --no news that potential investors don't already know. They should have provided actual production in each of the NRs rather than anticipated production so each piece of news would heve reported a growing amount until we got the final piece reporting the 400 boe/d.  Someone here had asked what the total production was for the company.  I believe that there is a well at Roncott producing around 25 boe/d but I'm not sure if that is gross or net to ATK.  But that is the only one that I am aware of.  Maybe someon has better info on this.

Although it's good news that funds will come in via a debt vehicle instead of a dilution causing financing -----no one buys a stock because a company incurs debt.  Our best chance (other than selling the company outright)  to make money on this thing is very active drilling campaigns.   And - at this point = I'm not sure the company even knows what -- when -- where --  ---how many wells are in thier near/mid-term future.

So, I repeat......SELL the %# %^&^ ing thing.
