Geezer321, to correct one of your statements. The Korean Consortium do not own shares. They own 30% of the parent company that owns Baja Mining.

Who knows what allliances MK has made with other major shareholders and it is that unnknown that makes it important for each shareholder to vote no matter how many shares they may hold.

Last year when the rights plan was tabled I received a call directly from John G as I had not voted and he asked me to register my vote as he felt that one would be close. Now MK holds even more shares.
