Of course I can't kill the XDIP JV. It doesn't exist. Stop implying that AXI has a partner. This "partnership" is a lie that John Gingerich has perpetuated on the market. $5.3 million in investment in one and half years. That's terrible!

ADV just closed a $40 million investment from the investment arm of a Fortune 100 insurance conglomerate. They closed the deal in 4 days. Do you really think they're desperate for an Asian offtake deal? When ADV chooses its offtake agreement (ADV chairman Mark Morabito says he could "do a deal today") it's going to be a massive investment. At least $100 to $150 million upfront. They're holding out for the best possible terms.
