RE: Offer to Purchase ~ docs page 2 number 2 of the circular states "Raymond James has delivered a written opinion to the Special Committee"
however the wording seems odd... they appear to be qualifying their "opinion" by "stating that the consideration offered for the Shares under the Offer is fair, from a financial point of view, to Shareholders..."
What do they mean by this?
Not sure how Raymond James is "independent"
So many questions remain...
