First Majestic Silver Corp. is a mining company. It is focused on silver and gold production in Mexico and the United States. The San Dimas Silver/Gold Mine is located over 130 kilometers (km) northwest of the city of Durango, Durango State, Mexico and consists of 71,868 hectares of mining claims located in the states of Durango and Sinaloa, Mexico. The Santa Elena Silver/Gold Mine is located over 150 km northeast of the city of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. The La Encantada Silver Mine is an underground mine located in the northern Mexico State of Coahuila, 708 km northeast of Torreon.

Well whoever held then should get something it clearly states they are being settled out after approval from the Ontario court. Guess you can try and google it to see who you can contact. I am just guessing but they should have all the names of whoever held and bought into that income fund within that time period and could be those people will recieve a letter stating it and maybe how much they each will recieve or the unit holders had to sign their name into the suit to get a piece of the money...You could ask AG to see if they can give you any information or the document of the suit should filed somewhere in the system when they filed the suit against AG. SEDAR might have something if you want to look through to see if there is some information there when the suit was filed. However unit holders and common shareholders are different, common shares will get nothing only the unit holder will be the ones recieving the payments JMHO
