Cash on the books and almost all oil

This is a good deal all around for Rock and they are looking to dispose of another minor

holding for extra cash. Then they will have 2500 boe/d mostly oil production with lots

of targets to drill out. On top of that the new oil play will come into play in around mid

year.

I think someone will come looking soon to take them out as pure oil play!!!
