Excellent post.  I read the W.F.C request and to me it sounds like West Face Capital is trying to wrangle talks with the top 15 shareholders to reach some final conclusion to this Ian flemming novel.  Maybe a spinout where shareholders get cash and shares of a recently formed company.  (that is truly just a read between the lines opinion) Being that the talks are to include the appointments of  recently vacated Board positions.  In any
Case........If it was west face cap.  that played the T.Boone Pickens card on Connacher in December, then I salute them.
