So if I understand Diamond's thesis, in a nutshell, the banks just lent YLO 238 milion on their revolving LOC so that YLO could play hardball with them.   It's sheer fiscal genius.   And the fact that Diamond can understand it is even more amazing.... my opinion of CubicZirc has risen ten fold.

As to the moron competition, I have to agree it is a close race.
