Thank you Mount Kellett

Thank you Mount Kellett

When I bourght 25,000 BAJA warrants in 2007, I did not know they were going to expire worthless. When I bought 25,000 BAJA shares in 2007 (at slightly over $2.00 each), I did not know it would be over five years plus before I would see a profit.

Thanks to the ongoing revelations concerning Mount Kellett's extensive due dilligence, I now know that it was right to hold on to my BAJA position. Thank you Mount Kellett.

We now know that Mount Kellett executives visited the Boleo site for a private two day due dilligence trip in the fall of 2010. This was before they started to purchase BAJ shares on the open market. We know that they purchased 67,421,111 BAJ shares during 2011 at a cost of US$ 81,030,118. We know that they wanted to purchase an additional 33,700,000 shares raising their total to 30% of the issued and outstanding Baja capital stock. We know that they want two of their people on the Baja Board of Director. Now that is what I call a vote of confidence in the future potential rewards of Baja Mining Corp. Thank you Mount Kellett.

Thank you Mount Kellett for the reassurance that you agree with my decision to hold on to my BAJ position for five long years. There will be another 18 month wait period. That is ok by me now that I know that your Baja assessment and my original decision to buy and hold, are in perfect allignment.

Oh, did I say "thank you"?

Cheers,

Doug.
