Here are the words you posted. "The PP was always meant to close near the end of the month." What you failed to say was which month.  Actually who said it was meant to close near the end of what month? As I stated the news on the PP was January 20. Just what part didn't you understand? Was the PP to be fully subscribed by the end of Jan or maybe March?
