You're right. This won't work without cheap power. "Without cheap energy supply, Tami Mosi is worth nothing and will stay a sceculative invest." as you say.

Fortunately, MOR will have just that. Cheap energy supply in coal gasification and plant design that maximizes energy use. A pre feasibility is being developed at this very moment. Once it's out and demonstrates the investment potential of Tami Mosi we SHOULD see a satisfying bump up in SP. The technical advisory committee comes on board as directors, we see a PP to pay for drilling to take the 43-101 status to indicated. A combination of a PP and loans secured and the mill/plant (whatever you want to call it) starts construction. Production by 2016

Robert 'Bob' BrownRobert ‘Bob’ Brown – Advisor & Director

He has consulted to major international magnesium companies to assist in evaluation, planning, design, marketing and trouble shoots new operations. Mr. Brown is the publisher of “Magnesium Monthly Review” since 1971 and a contributing editor and columnist for “Light Metals Age” and “Australian Journal of Mining” with over twenty five publications. He has served as Executive Secretary for the International Magnesium Association (IMA) and participated in world panels.




James C. SeverJames C. Sever – Chief Operating Officer

James Sever is president of Alpha Omega Engineering Inc. of Spokane, Washington with over thirty years’ experience in non-ferrous metals, chemical, industrial and operational management. He was employed for ten years by Alcoa and Northwest Alloys Inc. as Technical Operations Manager for the Addy Magnesium plant located near Spokane, Washington. He was responsible for doubling both the magnesium production and the reduction plant capacity without additional capital investment; reducing repair and maintenance costs by 8% on a plant wide basis; maintaining a return on asset of 16% plus over a 3 year period; resurrecting Team management; setting safety records for departments under his management; implementing quality principles in controls and capability; implementing “SIPOC” (a model based on Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs and Customers) a tool used in a 6 sigma process control and a Statistical Process control that included an Evolutionary Operation analysis system. From 1982 – 1987 Mr. Sever was internally moved up to Superintendent of Clarification/Filtration at the Alcan/Arco/Aughinish Alumina facility located in Limerick, Ireland.

Neale Neelameggham - Advisor

As one of the original engineers when US Magnesium’s plant started up in 1972, Dr. Neelameggham has over forty years of Experience in the magnesium industry. He is recognized as a premier researcher and inventor/co-inventor in the magnesium field and holds 13 registered patents with over 14 papers and publications to his credit. He has several professional affiliations and is a permanent member of the Magnesium Committee of the Light Metals Division of the Metallurgical Society.


Ralph 'Bud' CarterRalph ‘Bud’ Carter – Advisor

Ralph Carter has over 40 years of experience in the development and operations of Ferrosilica plants. He was project manager and engineer for Alcoa at the Addy magnesium plant from 1989 – 2000 and responsible for evaluating, operating parameters, environmental controls and economic profitability. His previous employer for 20 years was Hanna Mining Company in Riddle, Oregon where he was the operations manager of the Ferrosilica plant and responsible for all activities at the mine and smelter where high quality product was produced.
