RE: RE: Why does the CEO buy?? I for one am really puzzled as to why he would do such a thing... NOTHING positive could come out from such a move. Raising any flags during a period of uncertainty (waiting of results) is a perfect recipe to provoke a sell off, which sure enough, occured...
This guy is obvioulsy very smart and thats why Im so puzzled because there has to be a good reason and don't tell me its because he wants to make more money.. He owns more than enough shares aready to make millions in profits...
Bottom line, this move raises questions regarding the timing of the results announcements from here, whether justified or not; it just does...
Not saying it means results will be bad, on the contrary, but a lot of people here bought just before the results were suppose to come out to ride the momentum it should have given the stock price but the announced delay caused a few to unload and ticked off the rest so when they saw an insider trade their conclusion has been that the delay will be much longer and as such decided to move on to other momentum plays, provoking the selloff ...

Really curious to hear what Mr Cooper will say when/if somebody challenges his motives... Im sure he will just say he believes in the huge upside potential and is putting what he can when he can in it to benefit as much as possible from it... maybe it's true but I sincerely doubt it is just based on his timing and the effect he had to know it would have, thus my puzzlement...
Dont go nuke on me, Im still holding lots of shares and even bought more at 82 cents at the end of the day...
Yes I could call him and ask but I dont need a pep talk, I am already a believer...
