The AMF don't really care about the big smelters. Bureaucracy only follow laws.

If ORT is smart they will modify thir PEA to go by the letter to the law. Even if their numbers are reduced, the investors will still understand that their true numbers will be higher.  Maybe the current law isn't made to properly treat REE which are the end result of the ORT process.

Management of ORT should stop thinking short term with their issuing of stock options and they should adopt a strategy of holding on to their shares like the long term investors.

I sold my shares on Friday and I might come back in when all the issues have been resolved.
