RE: RE: The list... Interesting...
Laminar...Well.. you demonstrate in your answer how much the perception is very relative and specific to each individual as you presume to know my intentions.... and even what I had in mind while writing it!!! Also, you prove you can be wrong since my comment has no intention to mislead. Rather, my intention is to present cold facts as I do for several months.
One can justify and explain individual departures of all officers. And you can blindly believe they are all gone remaining convinced that everything is going well…But the stark truth is different:
Hey Luminar.. Try to find misleading information in those stats:
In the 12 months before the news of March 2, the executive (about all the members) bought 528k shares in the open market at prices ranging from 0.27 to 0.35. Nobody sold anything!!...ooh… except Pierhal (-96K). Within 12 months following the same news, the executives have sold about 2.5 million shares including 750k between 0.27 and 0.50!!!... roughly by the same people who bought the 528k the preceding year.
In the 12 months before the news of March 2, only one member of senior management withdrew (Pico) and the appointment of his replacement was in the same news… In the 12 month following, five members resigned!!! 3 of which have completely sold their shares available before to withdraw!!. Another was hired but has suddenly decided to changed his mind ... he left and canceled its 100k options. We cannot know if they were other transactions after the "Ceased to be insider" reports. All this in a context where Pierhal speaks of tremendous growth in solar sales... and forgot to talk about NASA.
Between April 2010 and January 2011 (2 months before the news of March 2), Pinetree corporation as well as Sheldon (personally) bought privately about 7 million shares and bought at least 2.5 million shares on the open market at prices ranging between 0.25 and 0.35. …For the record...they bought about another million after the news..
I do not need to remind anyone what Pinetree made ??since ... but unless one have the simplicity of a 4 years old child, it is clear that Sheldon (Pinetree) did not invest in on an inspiration! He had direct contact with someone from the inside as it is ALWAYS the case for this kind of investment.. and stop believing that Pinetree had no contact since! Sharks like Sheldon does not have a heart ... they buy and sell on information and does not fall for an investment (which is clearly not the case for many here...). By the way: PINETREE HAS NEVER SOLD BECAUSE IT LACKED LIQUIDITY!!. In fact, they bought millions of shares at the same time they were selling OPL.
Anough for now..
