RE: Isn't it Ironic

RE: Isn't it Ironic

Isn't ironic that DMSO is not regulated in pepper spray at all. (DMSO part towards the end of the video) https://www.winknews.com/Local-Florida/2012-02-06/Trade-Secrets-Act-keeps-pepper-spray-ingredients-secret-

Yet the FDA continues to threaten any company that promotes DMSO with another drug unless it is approved regardless of whether that product is made 100% with natural substances. You are correct DMSO has been a problem with the FDA. If the Pennsaid study finds that it has more of a coagulation problem then Voltaren will have won again. There is a NDA for Voltaren Ophthalmic now ( for cataract extraction pain) going through for approval . They seem to want to corner the diclofenac market as far as coverage. Nuvo is not going that route. I agree that DMSO has proven itself as far as carrying drugs through the skin. I believe the FDA are still afraid of DMSO. If Pennsaid is the best product on the market for results then why isn't Pennsaid taking over the market? Because Nuvo, Covidien etc do not have the marketing needed to push ahead of the others. I will say that the market use to like companies with FDA approved products. Now they will not invest unless you stand out above the rest. NRI hasn't done that and maybe never will. Time will tell. If you don't have the following with your lead product then the next one in the pipe (Pennsaid viscous solution) will be just ok. My opinion. Need2.
