I mentioned BOE-v way back when...

I mentioned BOE-v way back when...

Americas Petrogas- BOE-v

Keep track of it for a timely buy...up over three fold since I discussed it here when Seafield spiked.

There is a ton of news coming out of this story over the next few months...but the next couple weeks in particular. Americas Petrogas (BOE) is an Canadian junioir oil and gas company developing both Shale as well as conventional Oil and Gas properties in Argentina...these targets are absolutely massive!

Recently, International Spanish Oil and Gas major announced 23 BILLION barrels of oil equivalent recoverable potential on its properties...For anyone following Oil and Gas...this is huge.

Long story short...BOE is presently completing what looks to be another 60 million financing at $3.50 (closing around Feb 22)..The fact that it is trading about 90 cents higher should be an indication of how bullish the market is on its potential. Cormark put out a $7 target sometime ago...With all the recent news releases of other regional players...my guess is that this may be revised upwards.

There are several near term catalysts...Next week Madalena (MVN-v) is expect to release results from its first shale well that was released drilled last year...YPF is rumored to be announcing another 1 billion barrel of oil equivalent find...BOE has 4 primary "internal" drivers coming up...Which I expect will be released after the financing has been closed.

First...International Major Apache farmed in and drilled a well on one of BOE's shale properties last year...it has recently been fraced and news is imminent...Reserve potential is absolutely massive! on a second BOE property Exxon Mobil has farmed in and has recently completed their first JV well...(Ask yourself how many juniors do you know have that have had majors knock on there door to do such deals...see news releases)...Third, updates of BOE's 20 well conventional drilling program already underway...Finally, BOE has a joint venture with the multi billion $ massive Indian Farmers Collective (IIFCO) on its Potash property in Peru that is suppose to be spun off prior to Q3....

Potential is huge...Do your DD.

(P.S. Look at the chart.( In particular...looking at the trading volume last week(you can even find that on stockhouse)...Much of the interest has been institutional. I've been buying since about 95 cents and expecting $7-10 out of this thing)...Just take it as input...

Cheers

T2

P.S. I have had shares in BOE for sometime, and have continued to purchase on the dips...In this market you have to buy shares in companies that move as all the gold companies I have shares in are spinning their wheels and may be for some time...
