Well said folks......I have noticed some interest in this region of Africa amongst the talking heads on BNN. To that point on guy last week said he is positive on the region and a few plays not so much riskier ones political wise.I would bet VTR was one of them he meant but just a guess. No names so perhaps they are holding their card close during or preparing for a purchase.

Positive non the less.

Good luck this week in a tanking market. Will be looking for more cash as dip allow.
