I BELIEVE THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME FOR EX. WARRANTS.

IT IS NOT ONLY GOOD FOR THE CHAIRMAN HIMSELF, BUT GOOD FOR THE COMPANY TOO!

1) EKG needs the cash RIGHT NOW, plus the new PP, it MAY be enough for EKG to go ahead WITHOUT FURTHER DILUTION!

2) IF exicise later, may cause more turmoil for market, because some people may think  "WHY HE GETS SO CHEAP PAPER", without think again -  "WITHOUT those VENTURE CAPITAL, CAN EKG GET SIMILAR PROGRESS"??  

CLEARLY, He got cheap paper, BECAUSE HE TOOK MUCH MORE RISK TO SUPPORT EKG IN THE LAST several years, when it was VERY DIFFICULT & UNCERTAIN FOR NOBODY KNEW WHAT THE FUTURE OF THIS PROJECT WOULD BE.

IF I KNEW THE FUTURE, I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT AT 5C/SH, RIGHT?  THEN I COULD GET EVEN CHEAPER PAPER!!!   BUT DO WE THINK WE REALLY WANTED TO BUY THESE PAPER A FEW MONTH OR YEARS AGO?  WHEN NOBODY CAN GUARANTEE WINNING THE GAME?
