In addition to standard LNG carrier functionality, its purpose-built FSRUs have the onboard capability to vaporize LNG and deliver natural gas through specially designed offshore and near-shore receiving facilities. I pick " C " . Very clearly in late 2010 , Iam stated he had a " personal axe to grind with Management "

that was around the time of the first big run of the share price .

 looks like his Seaview is going throught huge upheaval ,
