RE: RE: RE: BE CAREFUL

Thank you for your DD. I really appreciate it.

This stock has a lot of potential, if management doesn't get there act together this stock is dead money. That is my greatest concern.

===============

You're quite welcome and please accept my apologies if I was overly condescending..I truly thought you were a basher in disguise.

As for your latest comment in terms of potential . I trust we all agree with the comment. As for your comment on the Management side....well Due Diligence will have afforded you with the knowledge that FED has NO permanent employees, from TOP to Bottom all are hired people under CONTRACTUAL Terms!

Yes, that means the CEO, yes it means the CFO and yes it means the dude who loudly said he resigned and announced it today. Erco is the hired guns to manage the contractors in Ethiopia..and so on.....

Some might suggest that such a structure might have been put in place in anticipation that the Corporation might not remain independent very long , and it would be easier to shake hands and say goodbye to Contractors versus negotiating astronomical bonuses and what ever else a permanent employee or CEO might have asked for in the case of a bye bye requirement, hence diluting shareholders even more in the case a price tag was put on the Corporation !

That said...who do you think is really pulling the strings?

Food for thoughts, and just my wild a$....$ assumption of course... or is it...!
